Agriniser is an electronic platform for trading with grain. Here sellers and buyers can freely post their offers, negotiate and conclude transactions with physical delivery to each other.

The registration in Agriniser takes only 2 minutes. You need to provide short information about you and the company you represent, as well as to select some quick settings. Afterwards, you will be provided with access in order to post offers, negotiate and deal in the Agriniser Marketplace.

Our team verifies the business information you provide at the time of the registration and will contact you to verify your profile. Right after that, you will get full access.

Agri Standard is our free plan, which gives you access to the basic platform functionalities. You can track grain prices and quantities available, list offers and negotiate with buyers and sellers on the marketplace. The plan also unlocks a 10 day free trial for our weekly market insight, part of the Agri Analytica subscription plan. Closing a deal on the platform requires you to upgrade to one of our paid subscription plans.

Agri Analytica is a great option if you want to receive an accurate and up-to-date information about the local and international grain markets. This plan allows access to physical grain prices across regions, import and export of agricultural produce from the local ports, information on crop condition, international grain tenders and what is driving the grain markets in Bulgaria, the Black Sea Region as well as globally. Our weekly market insights empower farmers, buyers, traders and many industry players to make strategic decisions for their business.

Agri Plus and Agri Expert allow you to trade 100% effectively and make unlimited deals. Both plans include the functionality of Agri Analytica and give you much more.

Agri Plus is a great choice to buy and sell grain in the most flexible way. Wondering what that means? This plan gives you access to the contact information of all buyers and sellers, who have chosen to list their offers publicly on the Agriniser marketplace. Therefore, you may choose to negotiate with them directly on the phone or you may want to exchange counteroffers in an anonymous environment through the platform. A combination of both is also possible, which enables you to get a sense of where the market is and provides more flexibility in the negotiation process. You can make unlimited number of deals for the duration of your subscription.

Agri Expert is ideal if you want the best out of Agriniser. This plan not only includes all features and functionalities of the lower tier plans, but also ensures access to a grain market consultant with whom you can discuss your trading strategy and get expert information when you need it. You also get fully managed service on your listings and negotiations by our team. We will also exclusively promote your grain bids and offers through our marketing channels for maximum exposure.

You can buy and sell different types of conventional and organic grains. This includes cereal, grain legumes, oilseeds and other specific crops. If you do not find the product you are selling or buying, contact us, so we can add it.

Agriniser is not a grain exchange, a trader, a broker or intermediary and participates in no way in the trading process. Agriniser is an online service that connects sellers and buyers of grain, enabling them to negotiate and conclude transactions that can be finalized outside the platform.

When you post an offer in Agriniser Marketplace, you declare your interest to negotiate with all participants in the platform. This does not oblige you to sell or buy the grain under the conditions that are initially specified. First you have to get a counteroffer that you can review before deciding whether to accept it, reject or to continue the negotiations by sending a new counteroffer.

If you have production and you want to offer it to the buyers in Agriniser Marketplace, you can publish a sell offer and specify the terms you are looking for.

Choose “Post Offer“ and then “Sell“. Follow the steps and fill in the relevant categories:

• Information about the proposed product
• Method and place of delivery
• Time needed for physical shipment
• Certificate of quality and/or product photo
• Price, quantity and payment terms
• Additional Information

The better you describe your offer, the more likely it is that the buyers will start negotiating with you.

You don't find the grain you need? Post a buy offer in Agriniser Marketplace and show to all the sellers the production you are looking for.

To do this, select “Post Offer” and then “Buy”. Follow the steps and fill in the relevant categories:

• information about the product that is requested
• Method and place of delivery
• Time needed for physical shipment
• Price, quantity and payment terms
• Additional Information

You get access to the contact information (company/farm name, contact person, phone number) of all grain buyers and sellers, who have chosen to list their offers publicly on the platform. This gives you greater flexibility in the negotiations process. You can either make your deals with your counterparties on the phone directly or anonymously via the Agriniser marketplace.

This feature is available with our paid subscription plans – Agri Plus and Agri Expert.

Listing your offer anonymously means that your contact information will be not be visible to the grain buyers and sellers on the marketplace. This empowers you to communicate with your counterparties (user-to-user) without exposing your farm or agribusiness publicly. Therefore you can maintain your competitive position and protect your best interest while negotiating deals on the Agriniser platform.

Setting a price in your offer provides an indication on what levels you are looking to make a deal at the moment. You are not bound to buy or sell at the price or terms listed, as they are all negotiable on the Agriniser marketplace. In order to make a deal, a counterparty must first send you a counteroffer, which you can review before accepting.

Listing an offer with no price gives you the opportunity to negotiate without setting an initial target level. No price offer allows you to show the grain quantity and other terms in your listing, however it requires the counterparty to send a price first when making a counteroffer. Again, you can review and decide if you want to accept or continue to negotiate.

Adding a laboratory certificate and a photo gives clear and visual information about the quality of the grain you sell. This makes your offer more attractive to buyers and increases your chances of concluding a deal faster and at a better price.

Every buyer will want to see as much information as possible about the grain you offer for sale before starting negotiations with you. If you have not attached a quality certificate, do not hesitate to describe the characteristics of your product in the “Additional Information” section. Here's what you can refer to if you are selling wheat for example:

• Variety or Hybrid
• Protein
• Gluten
• Hectoliter volume
• Drop-down number
• Mixes
• Sprouted Grains

Moreover, you can announce other conditions that are important to you. For example: transport means, execution period, clarifying comments. 

The biggest advantage in Agriniser is the opportunity to negotiate directly with the sellers and buyers of grain. But if you don't try, how could you possibly know what your chances are to get to a successful deal?

Do not hesitate to send a counteroffer and to claim your interest in a particular type of production. In this way you can offer your new terms, ask a question or specify additional information. In addition, there is no limit to the number of counteroffers you can send and receive. This gives you absolute freedom and the opportunity to choose the best offer for you.

The goal is to negotiate objectively and get a better price for the grain you sell or buy!

Posting offers and leading negotiations in Agriniser is completely anonymous and your contact information is 100% protected. It is only after you have successfully negotiated and concluded a deal in the platform, that we connect you directly to the counter seller or buyer.

Agriniser works for you two-way. On the one hand, you can post a sell offer in Agriniser Marketplace and see what the buyers’ interest in your raw material would be. Besides, you have the option to start negotiations and send your counteroffer to a buyer if you have available the grain they are looking for.

For this purpose, you must first open a buy offer that interests you so that you review it. You should choose “Counteroffer” where you will be able to point out your new conditions:

• Price, quantity, humidity - min. and max.; crop, method and place of delivery; period for execution; payment terms; you will be able to send a certificate or a picture of your production; ask a question or provide additional information

Finally, you only have to choose the validity of your counteroffer (from 12 to 72 hours) and send it.

You will receive an email and SMS notification (if you chose this option) in case the counter buyer sends a new counteroffer back to you or accepts your offer.

In order to increase your chances to negotiate a successful deal, do not hesitate to publish a buy offer in Agriniser Marketplace and show the raw material you are looking for. At the same time you can browse through the offers of all the sellers in the platform and start negotiating when you find the production you are interested in.

To do this, open and review the seller's offer. You should choose “Counteroffer” and indicate your new terms and you can change the following requirements:

• Price, quantity, method and place of delivery; execution period; payment terms; you can ask a question or specify additional information

Finally, you only have to specify the validity of your counteroffer (from 12 to 72 hours) and send it.

You will receive an email and SMS notification (if you chose this option) in case the counter buyer sends a new counteroffer back to you or accepts your offer.

The conclusion of a deal in Agriniser means successful agreement between seller and buyer under the terms of a specific offer.

To conclude a deal, you can exchange an unlimited number of counteroffers with the opposite side on an offer. E.g:

• If you are a seller and you receive a counteroffer from a buyer, you could accept its terms and conclude a deal. In the event that the terms of the resulting counter offer do not satisfy you, you can make another counteroffer with your terms and if the buyer accepts them, you will have successfully concluded a transaction.

Agriniser connects the seller and the buyer by sharing their contact information and the exact location for the collection or delivery of the grain so that both sides can connect and execute the agreed deal.
